amazing location helpful staff roof terrace loud noise dim lighting
the location was amazing i could easily walk to so many places, and the rooms was really clean and pretty. the staff was helpful, they really did go above and beyond. i was also happy about the roof terrace with nice views of the city.
the noise was a issue, i could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hall. the lighting in the room was really dim and not enough.

The room was very airy and spacious. I found the bed comfortable and the room size good. The bathroom was well equipped. I asked for a kettle and the staff at reception provided one. I appreciated this a lot.
The sound isolation was not optimal. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

metro station helpful staff gothic style secure building
the hotel location is near the metro. the staff was informative. i found the gothic style appealing. the building felt secure after 11 pm as the door remained locked and staff verified guests for entry.
soundproofing could improve as i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

the roof terrace is a good spot to enjoy a meal purchased elsewhere. a balcony offers a view of the city. the hotel offers secure access after 11 p.m., which adds to the feeling of safety.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I especially appreciated that the clerk told me about the aerobus to the airport. the room was quiet despite overlooking la rambla. The soundproof balcony door was effective.
